Terms

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to audits, fixes and monitoring sold on beacx.com by Elites Algorithm Limited, Dublin, Ireland.

What you buy

Each package includes what its row on the pricing page says on the day you order, at the price shown in US dollars. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled before the next month starts.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise that a person checks every finding before a report is sent, and that the report describes your public pages as they were on the date shown. We do not promise rankings, traffic or citations by any AI engine, because those depend on things outside your website.

Refunds

Fix Pack: if the readiness score in your report has not moved 30 days after we make the fixes, we refund the Fix Pack fee. Any package: if a finding we checked turns out to be wrong, we correct the report and refund that part of the fee.

Your website

You confirm that you own the website you ask us to check, or have permission to ask. We read public pages only, follow your robots.txt, and read one or two pages at a time.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the fee you paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
